What's the minimum order?

How long does production take?

About three weeks from an approved mockup. Rush production is available for firm dates like a studio opening or event — just tell us the date when you request a quote.

What materials and sizes are available?

Natural rubber, cork-top, suede microfiber, TPE, and PVC, in standard (about 68x24 in), long, and extra-wide sizes plus travel and extra-thick options. Suede microfiber takes full-color edge-to-edge printing; rubber and cork take debossing, laser-etching, or screen print. Custom Pantone matching is available.

Is the printing and branding really durable?

Yes. Full-color art is dye-sublimated into the suede surface so it won't peel or crack. Debossing is pressed into the rubber and laser-etching is burned into the cork — none of it is a sticker or decal, so it holds up to daily class use.

Do you charge for mockups?

No. Mockups are free with unlimited revisions until you approve the design. You only pay when production starts — there are no setup or art fees.

Can you individually personalize each mat?

Yes. Send us a spreadsheet of names and we'll personalize each mat individually — common for teacher-training cohorts or executive gifts where each one reads a different name. Individual names cost no more than a single repeated design.

How does pricing work?

Pricing depends on the material, size, print method, and quantity — the more mats you order, the lower the per-piece cost. Every quote is itemized with no hidden setup fees, and we send exact pricing within one business day of your request.

What's the difference between printed, debossed, and laser-etched mats?

Full-color printing covers the mat edge to edge with logos, patterns, or photos — ideal for suede microfiber and PVC. Debossing presses a clean, tonal logo into natural rubber or cork for an understated, premium look. Laser-etching marks cork and rubber with crisp detail and no ink. We'll recommend the best method for your artwork and material.

What artwork files do you need?

Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF, or SVG) give the sharpest results, but we can also work from high-resolution PNG or JPG. For brand-critical colors we match to Pantone. Don't have print-ready art? Our team can clean up or rebuild your logo at no extra charge.

Can I get a sample before placing a full order?

Yes. We can produce a pre-production sample or a printed proof so you can check material, color, and print quality before we run the full order. Sample costs are credited toward qualifying bulk orders.

Do you offer Pantone color matching?

We do. Send us your brand's Pantone references and we'll match them as closely as the chosen material allows, then confirm with a proof before production.

What mat thicknesses and sizes are available?

Standard mats run about 4–6mm thick in a 24" x 68" size, with extra-thick fitness options and travel/foldable mats available. Custom sizes are possible on larger runs — just ask.

How are the mats packaged?

Mats ship rolled and protected, and we can add individual polybags, custom sleeves, hang tags, or retail-ready packaging for resale and gifting programs.

Where do you ship, and how long does delivery take?

We ship across the US, with delivery typically a few business days after production once your order is complete. International and freight shipping on large orders can be quoted on request.
